2018 Screenplays For Your Consideration – An Ongoing List

It’s that time of year again — the time when all the best films from the last year put their screenplays online in the hope they’ll earn a coveted nomination from the Golden Globes, the Oscars, and all the rest.

We don’t have our script index anymore, so we’re not hosting any of these scripts — we’re just directing you to where they are posted online by their studios. These links routinely get pulled down after awards season ends (usually in February), so download these screenplays while you can! Be aware that these scripts are only to be shared for educational purposes.

I’ll update this list as more scripts become available, so keep this post bookmarked and check back regularly! This is only the beginning…

  1. Thank yoou very much for these screenplays available on your site. It’s very interesting to learrn it goes from a book or an original screenplay to a film.

    1. Oh wow, it looks like Netflix has taken down these links already for some reason. I’ll take these down for now and repost them if they reappear, which I think they probably will. Thanks for pointing out the issue!

  2. Was good to be able to read various versions of ‘Being There’ and see how each draft differed (cutting from 135 pages or so down to 106, dialogue etc) and compare this with the final product on screen. So helpful.

    Thank you.
