James Horner tragically passed away yesterday in a small plane crash at the age of 61. His loss has affected Hollywood and all true film lovers deeply. Horner is the composer behind some of the most iconic film scores of the last thirty years. As you listen to some of his beloved work below, think of how his music moved you as you watched these films. Think of how the tension or swell of romance or note of fear that he was able to create brought depth and passion to your favorite films.
